On Sunday we went to my family to say goodbye. We had a cup of coffee and some donuts which were really nice. It is a shame that I am now not seeing my family again for a year, so it's always hard to say goodbye.
Afterwards we went to a city called Sandown. It's a city near the sea. We walked on the pier and we also walked along the beach. The weather was really nice, the sun was shining and it wasn't that windy. Only on the pier it was very windy but that is of course because you're then on open sea.
When we were back at The West Bay Club again, we had some drinks in the coffee house and afterwards we hit the gym. Afterwards we had spaghetti for dinner at our cottage. Afterwards we went to for a swim at The West Bay Club.

Monday was our last day. I couldn't believe that it was our last day, everything just went so fast. On our last day we went to The Needles. These are is row of three distinctive stacks of chalk that rise out of the sea. We first went down to the beach, Alum Bay. There you can find different coloured sand. The rocks over there also appear in different colours. It was really nice and the weather was also pretty great. Later on we went up the hill to have a good view upon The Needles. It was really nice to watch over the sea and the island from that height. The Needles looked pretty great too. Later we had an ice cream and we went back to the cottage again. At the cottage we had lunch and afterwards Fleur, Justin and I walked around the park for a bit. We saw Matt and Kerhys again and had a small talk. When we got back to the cottage again, we packed for a bit and later on we went to the gym. In the evening we went for a dinner at a very nice restaurant we go every year on our last day. It was lovely. When we got back again, we played table tennis for a little bit at The West Bay Club and went back to our cottage again.

On Tuesday we woke up at 8 am and brought our luggage to the car. We saw Otis and Millie again for the last time. They wished us a good trip home. It was very nice to see them again because now we could say our last goodbyes. I felt kind of sad though because I didn't want to leave. At 8:50 am we had the boat to the mainland but it got cancelled due to the weather, it was very windy. The second plan was to get on the boat of 10:05 am but we couldn't get on it because the boat was already full. So we had to wait for another 2 hours. At 12:05 pm we finally got onto the boat to the mainland. We then drove to Dover where we had the boat to Calais. From Calais we drove to The Netherlands. We brought Fleur home, we arrived in Heesch at 11 pm. We said goodbye to Fleur and then we drove back to our home in Oss. That was the end of our job experience in England on The Isle of Wight. It was a great experience, if I could I would turn back time and experience it all over again. I feel kind of sad that it's over now but I have gained a lot of skill from this internship and I also gained a lot of nice memories and stories to hold on to.
